In 1980, Ron Zak started Zak Photographics, which specialized in advertising, book illustration, fashion and portraiture work. He is well known for his photo ad campaign used for decades by Gundlach Bundschu Winery. Zak also documented Growers and Vintners in the Napa & Sonoma Valleys since the early 80s.
